Trainer Lead the delivery of internal employee training for new and temporary employees as needed. Prepare and deliver training material with the following goals in mind: deliver complete and understandable systems training, provide sufficient practice time, ensure integrity and completeness of information and provide required job aids to gain full program knowledge. * Facilitate training to ensure presentation of training is consistent & meets the needs of the program while maintaining control of classroom environment and addressing trainee behavior. * Continually search for knowledge regarding use of better teaching and training methods. * Planning and coordinating internal training logistics and activities as needed. Report on progress of trainees and personnel during training period. * Provide managerial leadership of work in the absence of managers. * Assist with screening/interviewing of new hires, addressing employee performance issues and providing input to employee performance evaluations. * Responsible for conducting ongoing quality control of trainer performance and providing coaching and feedback as necessary. * Track statistical training measures.
