  • Serves as the Digital Training Management System (DTMS) Project Manager for a large organization consisting of over 26,000 personnel.
  • Develops and conducts ongoing training at three military installations across the state of Georgia for leaders in the area of Training Management.
  • Functions as the Project Manager for the collection, calculation and projections of Operational Tempo (OPTEMPO) mileage for over 500 vehicles. Submits OPTEMPO mileage usage reports to higher Headquarters.
  • Conducts inspections under the Command Inspection Program evaluating Training Management and compliance and use of DTMS in accordance with Army Regulations and Command guidance.
  • Develops briefings for leadership at all levels and delivers presentations pertaining to Training Management, DTMS, and all areas pertaining to training.
  • Serves as the Division Master Resilience Trainer(MRT), helping to teach and instill the skills necessary for Soldiers and civilians to deal with stressful situations and maximize resilience throughout the unit.

  • Developed, planned, synchronized and executed individual and collective task training for over 4,000 Soldiers in preparation for combat deployments.
  • Led a team of ten peers that established the unit's first Gun Truck Gunnery program; validated on a 3,500 person unit. Training was tailored to the actual mission of the trained units.
  • Trained over 100 senior Non-Commissioned Officers to become Observer Controller/Trainers (OC/Ts) at the 1st Army OC/T Academy, Camp Shelby, MS.
