During this time, I have supervised four Nursing Home Trainers and all new nursing home surveyors hired during the last two years. I have monitored training plans forCMS requirements for all new staff and existing staff within the division. I work among the managers and administrative staff to develop and maintain training plans, methods and quality training content. I support onboarding of new employees throughout their orientation process, which takes 6-9 months.
