  • Ensure accounting system updates are accomplished through Syncada on a weekly basis; processes documentation for cargo valued at $2.5 forward reports to Air Mobility Command headquarters for processing.
  • Prepares shipping documents for 4,000 tons of terminating cargo transiting Norfolk Air Terminal, in accordance with Defense Transportation Regulation, Part II (DTR) and AMCI 24-101, Volume 11.
  • Develops requirements and establishes reporting procedures to obtain statistical data to make recommendations for changes or improvements to existing policies or standard operating procedures.
  • Analyze and study surveys from coustomers looking for ways to improve operating procedures.
  • Maintain and utilize various logs for manifest, trucks, Classified Security Cage inventories and Signature Service shipments to keep of high valued cargo.
  • Resolve issues with Commercial Bills of Lading and Government Bills of Lading in Syncada.

  • Assisted in performing Contract Evaluator Functions, providing carrier surveillance to ensure contract compliance; determined discrepancies/violations, either contract carrier or government induced; and reported the discrepancies to supervisor.
  • Completed required documentation and conduct visual functional and dimensional inspections of aircraft using a Commercial Air Preflight/In flight surveillance Checklist (AMC Form 166).
  • Completed a Civil Air Carrier Cargo Contract Airlift Checklist (AMC Form 166a) while inspecting cargo compartment, floor loading, tie down fittings and devices, rail system and locking devices, aircraft lighting, seats, meals, position on time, and departed on schedule.
