Towmotor operatorTed Bloom – 1052 Mahoning Avenue NW; Warren, OH 44483 At Incredible Plastics, I have been hired the last six years to provided summer assistance. During my time of employment in the factory my job description required me to quickly and efficiently operate a tow motor. I was responsible for loading and unloading material on and off of trucks in a timely manner.
During my employment at Bettes Elementary School I took part in an after school program which was rich with diverse students. Each session of the after school program lasted 3 months, during each session I was asked to carry out a variety of duties each day. First, I was to monitor snack duty and dismiss the students in an orderly fashion and make sure they arrived to the right place and at the right time. Then for the next hour and a half I served as a tutor for third and fourth graders. During this time I would work alongside a classroom teacher where we would implement lessons and other learning activities; in addition, if there was time remaining I would go around and work with the students one on one to assist in any questions about homework. My next duty was to carry out a gym class for the remaining hour of the after school program. During this time it was my responsibility to plan and implement activities that the kids who took part in gym class would enjoy and be able to succeed at. My last duty was to assist a teacher in car pick up duty.
