World Class Customer Service Award
Amongst many other customer service awards, this was a special award provided by Asurion (previous employer) for earning the highest level of customer satisfaction feedbacks in a quarter. This is a center-wide award that was only presented to an advocate that exceeded all other call center agents in customer satisfaction metrics.
