Utilized ERP system features (Netsuite) to create tools for streamlined order entry, sales and revenue reporting, and fulfillment tracking. Worked in collaboration with the Service Technician to create optimum customer satisfaction by implementing a 1 week maximum repair turnover, and achieved consistency in service standards by properly documenting warranty vs non-warranty repair costs, and cost/frequency of spare parts. Successfully transitioned our ERP system from Quickbooks to Netsuite, and adapted to new private equity owners in 2013.
