-Covered a route in Eastern Oregon for five months, and background-trained a thriving replacement lead to replace myself over the course of two months within the same route. I found reliable people to fill the team's needs there, and taught the lead how to treat a store correctly after I left.
-Early in my employment I had taken over a project team that was installing and resetting checkstand coolers and gum/candy racks in the Lakeview/Klamath Falls route, among other locations. This lasted over 3 weeks with a different Safeway each day, many new-hires and quitters, and dozens of store calls to both FMCs and ICCs in efforts to prepare stores for such a project.
-Proven to be capable of controlling my work schedule to reflect no more than a pre-decided limit on labor, or to work as long as necessary to complete a goal.
