Experienced merchandiser and team lead seeking opportunities within the store-level grocery industry.
-Covered a route in Eastern Oregon for five months, and background-trained a thriving replacement lead to replace myself over the course of two months within the same route. I found reliable people to fill the team's needs there, and taught the lead how to treat a store correctly after I left.
-Early in my employment I had taken over a project team that was installing and resetting checkstand coolers and gum/candy racks in the Lakeview/Klamath Falls route, among other locations. This lasted over 3 weeks with a different Safeway each day, many new-hires and quitters, and dozens of store calls to both FMCs and ICCs in efforts to prepare stores for such a project.
-Proven to be capable of controlling my work schedule to reflect no more than a pre-decided limit on labor, or to work as long as necessary to complete a goal.

Team LeadRMSI － Portland, OR
Directed a crew of Merchandisers to perform resets within Safeway stores. Crew size varied from just myself, to 15 crew members at times. Personally worked with File Maintenance, Store Directors, Department Managers, and Incoming Inventory Clerks to not only consistently notify them of the final impact of my crew's reset, but to relieve what strain I could from them then, or in the future. Final duties are to compile a recap of each store visit on the outcome of each day, including times per employee, photos of anything effected by our resets, schematic status', and verifying each reset for quality control before clearing employees to leave for the day.

Assistant Team LeadRMSI － Portland, ORWorked with Reset Team Lead to help the team complete their job better, faster, and with less effort on themselves. If a reset required any equipment, containment, special tools or otherwise, I was to find, apply, and place it in front of the category before the merchandiser showed up to perform the reset. If the Team Lead was sick or, in one case, expecting a child, I would cover their responsibilities in portion during their absence.
