I have over 20+ years in customer service and Management. I was the youngest store manager in Radio Shack store history. I was hired at age 18 and within 4 months of employment I was offered my first store. I ran that location with a 200% increase in sales within the first 3 months of restructuring. I hired and trained all staff, and I was even promoted to traveling to new stroe locations and training the new staff. I would later become part of the manager teams that would travel and conduct inventory at other stores.
I have a gap in employment because I was a stay at home mom and homeschooled both children. Since moving to Kansas and getting back to work I am looking for a place I can stay for the long haul, I want employment I can retire with and CHC is where I would like to be when that day comes.
I'm Experienced in working with automatic call distribution and electronic dispatch systems to handle emergency and non-emergency calls. Familiar with determining type and extent of emergencies along other related information. I'm adept at being a calm force for callers while gathering details and other important need to help resolve situations.
I was also a Successful Logistics Supervisor with 4 years of experience in overseeing cost-effective and timely delivery of goods by managing staff and processes. Proven leader in directing staff on managing warehouse storage space, timely shipment processing and efficient distribution. Upbeat motivator when communicating daily objectives to staff.
In conclusion I have many skill sets within customer service and emergency services that I feel would be a great asset to CHC. I have worked with children as I owned a daycare, I have worked in our family health food store getting to know more health related information. Running my own massage business also helped me build skills I believe are an asset to CHC. I am easy to train and a fast learner.
