Served as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) for the support operations section of the 123rd Brigade Support Battalion (BSB), 4th Armored Brigade Combat Team (ABCT), 1st Armored Division (AD) supporting over 35,000 Soldiers total, responsible for the logistical readiness and Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS), structured within the BCT. Served as the principle NCO of the supply and service operations. Supervised operations of subordinate organizations performing related supply and service operations; such as: decontamination, transportation, property disposal, and commissary operations. Supervised management of material support functions for: stock control, accounting, procurement, inventory control, and item financial management. Supervised the development and preparation of: operations information, plans, maps, sketches, overlays and related data to supply and service organizations. Analyzed reports for supply and service operations. Responsible for the: health, welfare, discipline, morale, and training of 18 NCOs and 3 Soldiers.

Served as the First Sergeant in a Forward Support Company (FSC) in direct support of a Combined Arms Battalion (CAB) as part of the 3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team (HBCT), 3rd Infantry Division (ID); advised the Company Commander on all enlisted issues; performed duties for the Company Commander in his absence; responsible for all Company individual and collective training, as well as, the supervisory maintenance of over 200 pieces of Modified Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE); valued at over $50 Million Dollars.
