If payment is delinquent, but a bench warrant or upcoming court date exists, set the employer term notice up for monitoring and follow-up.  Sends Demand Letters to Absentee Parents (APs) when found to be delinquent without an upcoming court date or outstanding bench warrant.  Reviews returned mail, locates new address, updates case information, and reissues or sets case for locate.  Provides phone, voicemail, walk-in and email back-up for all other team intake agents as needed.  Performs additional clerical tasks for assigned enforcement team as time permits.
