A review of the Orientation Packet with the new Officer and the submission of the signed acknowledgement page
Submission of a complete Orientation Checklist and the submission of the signed acknowledgement page
Submission of a complete Officer Evaluation and the submission of the signed acknowledgement page
Submission of the signed post orders acknowledgement page
Submission of a completed exam/test
Creating user access for the new Officer in Guard Metrics
A working email address is obtained (CSM to obtain via their I.T. dept.)
Review of previous day's activities and Officer arrival/departure times
Submission of the Daily Site Health Report within 2 hours of shift start time
Submission of a two (2) week schedule no later than every Thursday
Ensuring daily camera checks are completed by the overnight Officer
Ensuring weekly Elevator checks are completed by the 3p-11p or 11p-7a Officer
Ensuring monthly Panic Alarm checks are completed (coordinate with property management team)
Delegate any investigations that involve review of video footage or access to loading dock officer. Ensure Officer knowledge of the site, resources, and expectations by written knowledge test, evaluations, or verbal trainings (and documented)
Ensure all Officers have clean, crisp, and complete uniforms via random Officer inspections and utilizing the uniform audit form
Ensuring Officers have the ability to report for duty during inclement weather through communication and monitoring upcoming weather
Ensuring there is a minimum of 3 floaters max of 6 (if a floater has not worked at this site for more than 3 months- a 2 -hour refresher training must be conducted at Garda Worlds cost)Ensuring a daily key inventory is completed (Delegate as needed)
Ensuring all patrols have been conducted completely and as scheduled with no more than 20 minutes away from the desk
Ensuring Officers are following all protocols, policies, post orders and any written or verbal directives
Always communicate timely, efficiently, and completely
