, , 100 Montgomery St. 10th Floor (555) 432-1000,

Resourceful Supervisor trained in resolution of critical issues within time-sensitive environment with successful track record of building and maintaining talented teams. Highly organized, energetic and versatile leader committed to continuous improvements. Proven history of motivating staff to work together to achieve targets safely. I started out at Pheonix Chemical Co in 2018 as the first female warehouse employee, my job when I was first hired was labeling bottles and building boxes a position that didn't even exist at the time, I trained others to operate label machines and to DOT boxes that needed to be built. I got the opportunity to become a bottling operator and learned to fill bottles, pails and drums and to operate a forklift. After mastering bottling and filler the company grew and moved locations and I was now in the position of lead bottling operator where I would train others and new hires to operate the bottling machines safely. When Polyventive opened up a 2nd shift I was moved to 2nd and became shift lead and material handler. About 6 months later I was offered the role of 2nd shift supervisor of course I accepted, I learned to create/close work orders, print labels for products and run the shift making quota safely. I ask to return to first shift as Bottling Supervisor where I have been since, keeping employees steady busy pushing product safely, I also attend production meetings daily with the production manager and we plan scheduling for the following days for first and second shifts. I'm very passionate about my job and my goal is to learn as much as I can and to keep moving forward with the company.
