Serves as the senior Military Human Resources Specialist for the 480th Intelligence, Surveillance Reconnaissance, Group in the overall management of active duty and reserve military personnel assigned to the group. Is the resident expert for all military service specific questions; provides advice and guidance to the Commander, on all military personnel matters to include; assignments, promotions, separations, reenlistment, training, etc. Advises military personnel, Commanders, supervisors, and service members on resolving military personnel issues.
Attends organizational meetings to advise on military personnel matters. Prepares briefings, fact sheets, and point papers for the Commander and Chief of Staff on required military personnel policy matters. Controls Manager, Voting Officer, and Personnel Affairs Officer for all active duty personnel regardless of military branch. Develops and maintains all databases for effectively managing military personnel, military leave, and military health facility membership.
Ensures that completed work is in accordance with prescribed DoD, and/or parent military Services policies, guidelines, and be totally familiar with all four Services Officer/Enlisted procedures for both active and reserve forces.

Monitors the overall operations of the Military Personnel Data System. Plans, directs and performs system management, quality assurance, system inquiry, trend analysis, small computer operations/management and system research.
