When Carepass was launched as a test in the Boston Area in October of 2018, my store took the lead in promoting the program to our customers. We did so well with getting sign ups, that we were visited by Corporate, and came up with best practices, and goals that are still used company wide to date. Myself and my team also collaborated with Corporate to develop training videos for the company that were utilized when Carepass was launched Company wide.

Activities and Honors

Volunteered at the Kiva Center in Worcester. I took training to become a Peer Facilitator and then Certified Peer Specialist. I ran peer support groups, and Alternative to Suicide groups in the Worcester Area Community.
