Ames purchased Hills and I was in charge of resetting the store to Ames' configuration.Was an Assistant Manager and achieved Regional Assistant Manager in 2001.Managed all aspects of the store until they closed in 2002.
I moved to Beckley WV and began my career as a manager.I worked in Softlines first.I was sent to our Home Office for a project to reset all of our District stores.Completed all of the stores when I returned.Worked in Hardlines and Operations with Hills to learn all aspects of store operations.
