During my previous role at Tory Burch I wore many hats, taking part of many areas of the business and people management. I created deep client relationships that allowed me to reach my individual sales goals with 20% of my business made up of client sales. I created interpersonal relationships with my team members and peers. I always used a diversity and inclusion lens to make sure that team members were treated fairly and their voices heard. I created the team schedule monthly to best fit everyone's availability as well as maintain focus on the business needs including staying within payroll percentage. I am people-oriented, and I understand the importance of maintaining a high level of professionalism when interacting with team and community members. I aim to ensure team productivity and a positive work environment. While at UCF and Seminole State College my extracurricular activities were focused on community outreach.
