I have worked for Hallmark Cards Inc. for over 27 years. I started as a order fill for about 6 years. I then became a auditor/ inspector for a additional 6 years. I then needed to go part time. I applied to the Employee Card Shop , I was given that posistion and maintained it until I retired.
My reviews over those years showed great strength in customer service. I love to work with customers and help them at all levels. The goals that were set by my boss were met and surpassed.
I have set up card displays, gift displays etc. I had to order outside products based on what I thought would sell. I increased sales in this area over 40 %.

I was very good at seeing customer needs. I was given a cash reward for going above and beyond for customer service. I was given regular and above regular raises in fulfillment of my goals. My customers gave great feed back to my bosses in regards to my service. Service being one of my goals I surpassed.

I was married before I finished college. I have lot's of on the job training that has helped me. I worked McDonald's in college, I worked as a director of playgrounds as a teen. I also worked a local movie house as a teen.
