I am a devoted loyal person. I work hard to make sure that everything is in order and that customers/guests are happy when they leave. Im not to sure how to wite about myself. I find it hard to put words together that describe myself. Most of the time actions are bigger and better than words. I know what I can do and what I can offer someone. Most places want to read about who are. My experience is, anyone can say the things you want to hear to get the job. Then once that happens they don't show it. I have always been better at showing people that I can do it. Being a Store Manager has shown me that about people. I have probably hired about 8 or so people that sounded like great people. But in the end they didn't do or show what they had said and sadly I had to let the go. I hope that this doesn't keep me from getting the job. I really do hope for the chance to show that I can be a great add to the team.
