I've sold exhibit space, advertising, and sponsorships for both large and small events in both for-profit and Association business-to-business trade shows. Imagine Irving Steering Committee Member (February 2015 - Present)
The city of Irving, Texas, is my hometown, and its population is expected to grow by 27% in the next 25 years. Imagine Irving is an inclusive community-wide planning effort that will shape the city of Irving into a more diverse, vibrant, livable city. The purpose of the Steering Committee is to assist in forming the 25-year Comprehensive Plan, which addresses land use, housing, natural resources, infrastructure, transportation, and education. This 2-year commitment has required attendance at Steering Committee meetings, community meetings, review and editing of printed materials, and generally being a spokesperson for the Committee on its plans for the future.
No Bully Left Behind Foster Family (March 2016 - Present)
No Bully Left Behind is a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization based in Dallas, Texas., which rescues dogs belonging to the bully breed categories from the state of Texas and across the country. "Bully" breeds include the American Bulldog, Boston Terrier, Boxer, Pit Bull, and Staffordshire Terrier. Our family is an active foster family, taking homeless pups in temporarily until they can be placed in permanent homes.
