  • Administered superior leadership, overseeing spacecraft systems manufacturing teams resulting in significant process and production improvements. Teamwork resulted in Bigelow Expandable Activity Module (BEAM) being attached to International Space Station (ISS).

Successfully stood up operations of this division which manufactured four variations of MLI and MMOD for integration into NASA funded B330 Lunar Gateway and NextSTEP program.
  • Performed Quality Control functions for two departments under AS9100 QMS. Generated non-conformance and deviation reports when required and briefed senior management. Targeted on-time delivery and quality first pass yield of manufactured parts as key performance indicators (KPI).
