Requisitions material and establishes delivery sequences to department Section according to jod order priorities. Coordinates and expedites flow of material, parts and asseblies within or between departments (pick-tickets/delivery tickets).Arrange for in-transfers of material. May direct and task assigned workers in the accomplishmrnt of duties. Task inventories of all materials (supply, J-Code, CESE Equipment, B-Med Equipment). Perform research for all Inventory discrepancies and any adjstments needed in DMLSS. Maintain a Monthly Adjustment spreadsheet. Performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (inventory management, storage management, cataloging).Maintain Business Objects Reports/Spreadsheets. Perform Monthly location Serveys. Assist any personnel with inventory issues, Maintain all Inventory Files (Inventory work sheets, inventory spreadsheets, Download Documents, Delivery Tickets). Verify misidentified material and make any adjustments in DMLSS. Utilize DMLSS to perform dailt job duties (adjustments, location-updates, transfers and transaction History)
