-Manage relationships with international partners as well as manage work flow for all job trafficking in and out of the department as it relates to visual merchandising and shop development and the effectiveness of global visual marketing efforts in store.
-Traffic new store request forms for all POS projects from international licensees from initial to final file delivery
-Maintain, track and report store development progress and follow up with all parties on timelines and obligations
-Facilitate an efficient workflow process to ensure timely and accurate development of creative materials. -Communicate with international brand managers on store project status.
-Manage the licensee chargeback process and work with internal team on invoices.

-Partner with store design team on project work such as material board preparation, sample research, organizing assets etc.
-Collect and update international store opening photos and organize visual assets
-Partner with visual merchandising team on window display prop research and prototyping process.
-Participate in VM showroom setup and sample management for internal shoots.
-Manage the visual merchandising report follow-up process with international licensees.
-Assist marketing team on brand construction kit management and communication with international licensees.

-Developed a system on Box.com for the Brooks Brothers Visual Website to streamline updates and seasonal communications for in store directives and window installations
-Create training presentations to ease the transition for our international and wholesale partners into the platform, Box.com, to ensure success of the business
-Confirm each international country sends photos of new floor sets, new store openings, or any renovations on a monthly basis to ensure quality
-Facilitated the setup and merchandised multiple shops at GQ, Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s, and Lord & Taylor events.
-Execute and oversee the setup and installation of 2 showrooms for the International Market 4 times a year
-Collaborate with the design team to determine visual guidelines and standards for seasonal window installations
-Manage the installation of wholesale and Southwick, manufacturer of our Made in America suits, trade shows in New York and Chicago
-Train freelance and temp employees to execute the needs of the visual display and how to merchandise garments
-Responsible for International Market Lunch events including acquiring vendors and managing the event budget.
-Maintain and merchandise our wholesale shop in shops on a weekly to biweekly basis
-Photographers assistant in photo shoots for wholesale and manufacturing look books
-Work with markets to monitor Seasonal buy plans. Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management. Following through with merchants on any in-season opportunities.
-Assist in developing seasonal strategic sales plans that align with brand and product category objectives and support presenters before and during market appointments.
-Collaborate with internal & external marketing teams to execute programs to support seasonal sell through results.
-Deliver on time reporting and forecasting for all required reports and documents to relevant parties.
-Coordinate the commitment process between the markets and the merchant and production teams. Assist in follow-through activities for any special product needs.
-Manage, track and resolve all market/account compliance issues regarding product cancellations, ship dates, returns, samples, etc.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with all relevant internal & external teams.
