This position is unique in being both a sales professional while simultaneously being a full cycle staffing recruiter.

  • Manage a database of active, inactive and prospective customers averaging 170-200 accounts on a monthly cycle of touches, including cold calls, appointment setting, in-person visits, database development, networking, mailings.
  • FY 2012 results were + 139% over budget for unit, within a branch results of +105% over budget. Average number of weekly talent working was 52 and new accounts opened 22. In preexisting accounts, GM growth was doubled or tripled in 6 through terms renegotiation, up selling of add-on services, and development of additional contacts within organization.
  • Consistently ranked highest in the region for reaching and maintaining the metrics and KPI's for revenue and job performance.
  • Full cycle recruitment processes for all levels of administrative support staffing from C-level executive assistants, legal support, finance and accounting, customer service, data entry, front office and back office teams. Manage all phases of recruitment, including defining hiring needs, posting available positions, sourcing appropriate candidates, and maintained talent pools of candidates.
  • Reviewing of resumes, screening processes, interviewing, full hiring procedures and on boarding, pertinent background screenings, policy and procedure instruction, benefits,payroll, timekeeping, - completed prior to submission and attachment to assignments.
  • Operational duties include timely sales report submittal, weekly payroll data entry, any pay roll adjustments or credits submitted, billing assistance with clients, assistance in on boarding and training of new internal staff, maintaining Outlook calendar for organizational efficiency and Excel spreadsheets for talent flow and processing.
