To adapt to an ever changing market many companies are setting their sights on becoming more Agile. I saw AT&T slowly migrate from a Waterfall mindset to an Agile approach and have some great success as well as failures which can only be expected with a company its size. More recently, after our acquisition of Directv, new leaders pitched SAFe- Scaled Agile Framework and sent some of our leaders to learn more and get certified in its practices. We came back with our SPC4 certifications and excitement to move forward. I am currently on a pilot for SAFe practices which just began its second PI and I have seen some great collaboration and teamwork, improvement over PI1, and lots of room for growth if adopted on a larger scale.
