- Manage Hallmark team of 20 plus consisting of external contractors and internal employees responsible for all backend integration development. Provide massive volumes of data consisting of 100,000 plus SKUs in 40,000 accounts with pocket locations, inventories and product descriptions as well as vast amount of metadata required to service accounts
- Direct setup and initiation of data plans for new technology as well as managed support services with Verizon for SAP technologies
