  • Worked as contract employee to manage program of various projects including replacing Discoverer reporting functions of Hallmark's HR Direct with new package solution, replacing all building security/access control systems for Hallmark headquarters and implementing new legal tracking system for Hallmark Legal.   • Manage Hallmark team of 20 plus consisting of external contractors and internal employees responsible for all backend integration development. Provide massive volumes of data consisting of 100,000 plus SKUs in 40,000 accounts with pocket locations, inventories and product descriptions as well as vast amount of metadata required to service accounts
  • Direct setup and initiation of data plans for new technology as well as managed support services with Verizon for SAP technologies
  • Communicate progress and status to senior management, stakeholders, vendors and project teams

Hallmark SAP Implementation - Project Manager
