Professional Summary

My Information Technology career began in 2001. I moved from a role in infrastructure and networking to Information Security in 2015. My introduction to information security started with the previous team leaving for new opportunities and suggesting that I take over the position. I inherited all information security systems and had to learn at a rapid pace.

I am a strong independent worker who appreciates the value of working in a team environment. I am comfortable managing , prioritizing, adjusting, and documenting multiple tasks with accuracy to meet company demands. My previous work experience in secure networking, remote access concepts, Microsoft Active Directory, IT infrastructure, identity access management, disaster recovery, and desktop applications helps me clearly communicate Security objectives to team members and other teams.

I am currently scheduled to take the CISSP exam on December 22. I look forward to continuing my growth as a person and as a Information Security Professional.
