Consulted and advised a 2.6 billion credit union on making changes to their indirect lending program which resulted in an increase of monthly loan volume from 2 million to a high of 40 million per month. Which since then has resulted in being the number one financial institution in the New Hampshire Autocounts for 2015 & 2016
Managed current dealers as well as signed new dealers onto the CUDL platform. Increased dealers by 246 to bring Connecticut as one of the largest dealer base in the country. Increased penetration of the CUDL platform over 150%.
Was brought into the CT/Western MA territory to turn the operation around to become profitable. Was responsible for training sales employees as well as current and new rental employees on how to send referrals. Trained and developed credit union staff on referring members to purchase vehicles as well as conducted series of car buying seminars for local credit unions. Handled all marketing and advertising campaigns for both stores.
