As manager of this facility, my job requirements were varied and highly responsible. Some of my responsibilities were to rent spaces, sell merchandise and maintain a clean, smooth functioning store, while projecting a positive company image while providing excellent customer service. Answer the telephone professionally and proficiently to attract customers to rent spaces. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management. Review the physical condition of the facility to ensure cleanliness, address repairs, and recommend upgrades. I supervised daily site maintenance. Reviewed and executed lease agreements with new tenants. Collected and applied rental payments. Reviewed accounts for collection and made collection telephone calls. Managed delinquent tenant process. Kept all records accurate, legible and neat including, but not limited to, bank deposits and petty cash. I deposited cash receipts to the bank on a daily basis.
