How to manage artistic collectives
Coordinating operations of the company and five annual small events/workshop to create audience engagement. Responsible for the four main theater productions during that timeline, and its sub-disciplines (scenic, wardrobe, lighting, sound, projection, automation, video, stage management, etc.).
Dealing with matters ranging from pre-production planning, crowdfunding setup, prospect sponsors/partners, procurement of staff, materials, and services, to freight, customs coordination, labor relations, logistics, government liaison, venue booking, scheduling, operations management, mending delay problems and workplace safety.
During that time-frame, Group .BR was 5 time nominated to Brazilian International Press Award, became a Non-Profit company, and established key partnerships with relevant companies to target audience, among them: Lincoln Center, BrazilianSummerFest, Material for the Art, and a number of small businesses connected to the target community.

Executive producer for the collective art exhibition "Ocupação Mauá", with renowned Brazilian artists such as Carlos Vergara, Oskar Metsavaht, Vik Muniz, Mariana Manhães, Cabelo, Cadu etc. The art event was part of Art Rio - biggest Art Fair at that year, and occupied an old hangar in the port area of Rio de Janeiro area.
