After graduating high school, i had attended some community college and my major was business administrative and management. Due to a lack of funds, and a change in priorities, I have worked four different jobs all of which have given me the skills of expert help in customer service, knowledge about managing my time, and being able to take initiative when working in either a slow or fast paced environment.
Studied graphic design at first, then switched over to communications and then switched again to business administrative and management. Only have some classes under my name; did not graduate.
Just started working at Banana Republic and have completed my first service leader shift on Wednesday, February 26th, with a SOT (sales over traffic) of 40$. Which is very rewarding to accomplish since we normally average at 30$ SOT. I have been a very fast learner and reliable on everything that i do:

When i was working at Pink Victoria Secret, i was not only dedicated to my work no matter the task but also loved working fast paced around the holiday season. The tasks that i have done were not just on the sales floor, but also did shipment processing, marketing changeovers, merchandising changeover when new sales were going on, and handled cash/check/credit services done at the cashier.
Also working at PINK was a new experience for me since it had opened up a new kind of sales strategy known as metric sales. Every dollar sold at the register, had the cashier ask the customer "who helped you today" and that information was put into the system to calculate our growth as a seller. For the most part i was proficient in making my goals, but instead was an expert at signing people up for our loyalty credit cards.
At Bath & Body Works located in Newark, Delaware, i was given my first job after high school and exceeded customer service. I drove up sales by mentioning new promotions and grabbing whatever the customer needed even if it required me to go into the backroom to find it. Not only did i work on the sales floor, but also took care of merchandising and shipment processing.
I have been apart of this community located on an application called, Poshmark. Since January of 2017, i have sold over 450 items and have made well over twelve thousand dollars. Gradually have i obtained a 4.9 out of 5.0 star rating and am very good at obtaining knowledge about what sells and what will not.
The things i sell are mostly clothes from my own closet and by selling over the years i have grown knowledge in marketing, sales, retail, persuasion, and make profit every time.
