Online Auto Insurance Quote is a new system developed to replace the existing 2-Minute Quote (2MQ) on AAA.com as part of the Insurance Exchange's portal and self-service strategies. This new tool is a user interface redesign of legacy .NET application integrated with AS400 as the rating engine and a re-factoring of the code base to consume the new rating engine PAS (Exigen) or other data sources as the replacement for 2MQ and subsequently for other partner states as part of the Signature Series product. This was successfully developed & rolled out to 12+ major states across USA
The Lead Management System (LMS) is a web based tool, which manages all leads that come in via the multiple Online Quote applications (Legacy AAAQ, OQ.NET PAS & Agency Port). Using this tool, Internet leads can be automatically routed, tracked, and assigned to specific Agents based on zip codes. Using the zip code, LMS can detect where the leads are generated and can route them to the appropriate user in the offices which manage leads from those zip codes. This is an agent facing application serving in 25+ states across USA
