I would edit and enter sample orders into Google documents, drop box, and an excel program to record current and future orders for the purpose of internal communications. I was involved in daily and weekly teleconferences with the marketing team to ensure customer needs and satisfaction were held to the highest standards. I worked closely with Research and Development on relaying information for new product information developing, as well as marketing and sales, quality management, and the owners of the company. Before I was asked to move to bake line production supervisor, I was starting to respond to clients about the product they had received to assist in furthering the sales of future customers. Introducing myself to the bake line team I was able to establish good communication and positive thinking within the team itself. Together we set goals and accomplished much needed training, inventory allocation, and a bond of a feel good environment especially under pressure. We were also able to build individual strengths, and assist with our weaknesses. Any time I didn't have requests to fulfill I assisted the quality team prepare for OSHA expectations and assist with educating employees, or help on a line wherever needed.
