I was raised in a dog grooming salon, I began helping at the age of 10. I loved the dogs and learning new ways to clip each different breed. I learned at an early age how to talk to clients and make them feel that their pet was in good hands. I also learned how to calming deal with an upset client in a positive way. Grooming not only teaches you patients it teaches you how to multitask.

I'm also a mother of 6 wonderful children ranging from age 18 to 8, they have helped me to perfect my ability to multitask and problem solve over the years.

My work with PetSmart has helped me to understand the world of corporations, and my work as a dog groomer in the family business allowed me to understand the mom and pop feeling. I'm now able to combine the two and give a wonderful blending experience to any customer.
