There are many family members and healthcare professionals involved in this process, and I have extensive experience meeting everyone’s needs and answering everyone’s questions. This also means, that move ins in any given month are a much lower rate for this level of care. My average since January, with the understanding of the extreme restrictive process of regulations with the Dept of Health and the state of Colorado due to COVID, I’ve averaged anywhere from 1-5 move ins, with Resident Agreements averaging from a low of $4700 per month to as high as $12,000 per month.
