  • Facilitated the VLMS transition to Clipper or Valassis transitioning various program including the CA Classifieds and our Local Broker Program.

Generate a Order Detail Summary showing the IHW, Versions, HHC, Est Piece Weight, Est Rate and Estimated Cost to the client. For the SaveOn Everything Partner Wrap run a Client Print File report and edit the report placing in an excel template showing order information. These order are also entered in esp for billing purposes.
  • Process the LDP-V for SaveOn Everything entering orders in the Clipper Systems and downloading the from the Valassis ftp and uploading to the Clipper ftp and approving ad in esp.
  • Maintain and process the Clipper ANNE Complementors communicating with ANNE contacts checking availability before processing the orders in iConnect. Providing an ANNE Complmentor Release to Print Schedule to Clipper team. This is a manual process.
