My responsibility was to greet the customers with a smile and ask them what they would like to eat.If they wanted to eat in or out and would they like to donate to the Ronald McDonald house. I was also on what they called a window when you pass out the food and drinks to the correct customer. I would say hello with a smile, give them their order and tell them to have a good day. Some of my other duties were to clean when we were not busy or had a rush. I was rotated a lot throughout the work day some days I was on grill or headset other time I was in fries. It was a great work opportunity for me. I learned a lot for the short time I was there. I learned how to work under pressure and how to stay calmin a rush. I learned great social skills as well as problem-solving skills. What to do when you have an angry customer how to diffuse it and fix the issue. I was doing well. They wanted to promote me to crew manager but I had to move before. I could be moved up but I took a lot of skills out of this job and it taught me so much. I would do it all over again I really enjoy it but most of all i loved my team very much.
