I have served as a police officer since graduating the Amarillo Police Academy in March of 1999. I left the Amarillo Police Department in April of 2000 to become an Allen Police Department police officer in May of 2000. I became a member of the department's S.W.A.T. team in 2001, promoted to the rank of corporal in early 2003 and to the rank of sergeant in February 2006. I have previously been assigned to the Criminal Investigations Division as a supervisor and currently serve as a patrol shift sergeant and the S.W.A.T. team leader.
