I have been working with the Taco Bell brand for the past three plus years, working as a shift manager, assistant manager, and now interim General manager. I have understanding of the P&L statement and what it means. I also understand the meaning of upselling products as they are ordered. I am good at supervising team members to reach goals that are set out.
I have been Servsafe certified as a manager since September of 2012. I am currently in a training position to see if I can run a restaurant. Since starting this training, I have had to reinforce the company goals and get everyone to buy into the program of making sure that all metrics are adhered to in order to be successful.
