I am the only Front End Manager who uses PUTTY on a daily basis which is the POS we use. PUTTY is our Point of Sales System. It's a cashier software that our company uses.

I also know how to use Astea which is the third party software that we use to check in computers for repair, install software, or redeem replacement plans over a year.

Astea is only used by Service Techs. I am the only one up front other than my Manager that has an Astea account and knows how to use it.
