I started my cosmetic career with Sanofi Beaute' Stendhal Cosmetics as a Freelance Retail Sales Specialist in Saks Fifth Avenue, Palm Beach Gardens Mall. As a part time employee responsibilities included sales, overall look of the counter and maintaining appropriate stock levels. After Sanofi acquired Yves Saint Laurent Cosmetics I was placed in the Saks Fifth Avenue in Boca Raton Yves Saint Laurent counter as additional coverage. Working with the makeup artist and line person several days a week I helped maintain and grow their business. During this time creating events outside the store became a goal and I established a relationship with the Boca Raton Hotel. Creating and implementing Master Class Events for the women staying at the hotel became a tremendous additional source of revenue to the counter. Over the years creating numerous events at counter that have generated at one event alone over $20,000 for the day was my strength. Having been the person responsible for doing facials monthly for the last two and a half years at one of our YSL counters and working closely with our counter manager, skincare penetration in that store has gone from 20-24% to over 45%. I have also been part of the National Artistry Team for Yves Saint Laurent Beaute' Events for over 20 years and Giorgio Armani Beauty Events for over 8 years.

I opened the store in Fort Lauderdale Galleria as the Men's Area Manager where I was responsible for sales, profit, merchandising, sales associate scheduling and training. I was asked to become part of a team to help open the next store in Coral Springs and again to open the store in Boca Raton. As part of the store opening team I was responsible for merchandising, hiring, training, scheduling and helping with the overall operations of new store openings. I also was the Men's Area Manager and Team Leader in both the Coral Springs and Boca Raton stores until 1993.
