Currently studying psychology courses through Glendale Community College, online
Ever since I was a small child, I always had a pet animal. Anytime my father would find a stray dog, we kept them until their owners reached out. I currently have four Chihuahuas and I love them all dearly. I enjoy taking care of animals. I am most familiar taking care of dogs and understanding their body language. My first job was helping out the family business, Dog Land. however, the business was closed. I continued caring for dogs, by volunteering to walk a few dogs for a summer and a half. Eventually, I worked in my mother's house cleaning business for about a year. I moved to Virginia and worked a little bit at my uncle and aunt's restaurant. However I decided I want to continue taking care of not only dogs, but other animals. I realized I find that very enjoyable. I also am interested in learning psychology. Specifically about interviewing patients and identifying their struggles and helping them find proper treatment

I worked at a family owned business. In the kitchen, I would make salads, cut slices of bread, plate desserts, and appetizers. When needed, I dried utensils and put them away. Often, I would wrap or put ingredients or left overs and put them away. If the restaurant becomes too busy, I would additionally refill water, take the bread to the table, bring dishes to the table, take away finished plates, and clean any tables after the customer(s) left.
My responsibilities consisted of vacuuming under and around rugs and furniture, I mopped the floor, emptied all the trash bins, dusting furniture, cleaning windows, making the beds, laundry, putting away clothes, load and unload cleaning equipment from the car trunk. Occasionally, I messaged clients about confirming their requests and when we will be arriving at their home.
This was a family owned business. I helped since I was around 10 years old. I stopped working in the business at around the age of 14. I would make sure the dogs are fed and are given water. I would help walk the dogs, pick up their waste, and bathe them. I would walk 1-3 dogs at a time, depending on their size and strength. I would help monitor the dogs not behaving too rough. I would give each one a lot of attention and care. I have always liked animals, specifically dogs. They have been a part of my life and I would especially like to take care of animals. I have four Chihuahuas as pets and had more before. Whenever my dad would find a dog on the streets, we let the owners know they are found and if there is no response, we keep them as pets.
