I am in charge of repair and maintenance for both customer and store owned stringed instruments. I often work the sales floor and have had frequent experience in retail sales and customer service, including answering the phone and customer problem solving. Most recently I have been training for a potential transition to Guitar Center's Lead Customer Service Associate position.
