My passion for the Orthodontic Specialty and clear aligner therapy over the last 26 years has grown under the amazing mentorship of Orthodontists who were early adopters of Invisalign and in the aligner space. Along with over 15 years of extensive lead back office experience, treatment coordinating and inside sales for over 5 years, director of training and sales, as well as regional management, my love for the orthodontic, dental and sales industry continues to grow. Clear Aligners & associated innovations and technology continue to be my favorite digital solutions. I am the former lead treatment coordinator and Clincheck Coordinator at Premier Orthodontics achieving top 1% status within a year of gaining my position as well as MOM and YOY growth for the entire company. This adventure fueled my love of sales and education in the Aligner world, and I have been very lucky to have completed almost all Orthodontist level aligner planning curriculums.
I specialize in hands on customer service, sales, understanding and guiding practices in what it takes to implement change while improving the flow and efficiency of an office, and creating a WOW experience.
My passion lies in inspiring doctors and their teams to embrace change and dive into digital with the amazing new products and innovations available to them through aligner planning software.
My previous role as a clinical education specialist for uLab systems allowed me to use my skillset and passion for digital orthodontics and treatment planning to educate Doctors and their teams on uDesign software, biomechanics and digital treatment planning.
