Promoted to Regional Manager. Responsible for 6 clinics working directly with both center managers and corporate management team. Responsibilities include.  

-Carefully selecting, developing and retaining qualified center managers with a strong emphasis on providing management training and guidance to grow their management skills 

- Oraganize and lead monthly management meetings with 15-20 team members present. 

- Organize and develop all aspects of yearly Center Manager's Conference's including development of meeting agenda and presenting of all material, development of all written materials and "take-aways" for a two and a half day conference for 13 center manager's. 

- Development and implementation of clinic procedures. Assess effectiveness and determine needed changes to existing procedures patient care procedures and procedural changes for effectiveness. 

- Correspond with operations staff to ensure key client deliverables and revenue goals are met. 

- Complete the performance evaluations for all clinic manager's in my region  

- Review and approve employee performance evaluations for all center employees in my region. 

Managing Clinician Madison CT/ Paramus New Jersey/ Management Lead
April 2010 to August 2012
Cranial Technologies - Madison, CT

Promoted and given the additional responsibility of managing the Paramus New Jersey location as well as being promoted to a Lead Manager position. As manager of the Paramus Center I was responsible for direct management of 11 team members as well as being responsible for all aspects of clinic functioning in the highest volume center in the company. Regularly evaluated employee performance, provided feedback and assisted, coached and disciplined staff as needed, responsible for maintaining the highest quality care and ensured that company protocol and procedures were adhered to. Represented our company and our product for 10 years attending a weekly pediatric cranialfacial clinic at Yale New Haven Hospital with world recognized cranialfacial and neurosurgeons. Worked as an independent contractor providing school based therapy in an elementary school setting. Treated a variety of diagnosis including, but not limited to, fine and gross motor deficits, autism, cerebral palsy, visual perceptual disorders, and Attention Deficit Disorder.
