Promoted and given the additional responsibility of managing the Paramus New Jersey location as well as being promoted to a Lead Manager position. As manager of the Paramus Center I was responsible for direct management of 11 team members as well as being responsible for all aspects of clinic functioning in the highest volume center in the company. Regularly evaluated employee performance, provided feedback and assisted, coached and disciplined staff as needed, responsible for maintaining the highest quality care and ensured that company protocol and procedures were adhered to. As lead manager I was a direct resource for 6 center managers working to develop their management skills, provide support for all clinical and personnel issues.
