Train to the role and provide tools and clear feedback to attain results. Increased hotel revenue, profits and market share through Utilizing tools available with Revenue Manager and Social Media. Also, utilization of booking channels; Expedia, Priceline, Hotels.com, Active involvement in Chamber of Commerce, Observing competitors parking lots and Lobbies to obtain information on businesses that are staying there. Implemented just in time ordering to reduce over stocking. Also utilizing forecasting to combine with CPOR to establish thresholds for spending.
