I am a highly motivated leader who is always looking to bring out the best in my employees. I can evaluate myself and others to provide different kinds of feedback to let individuals know what they are doing well and where they need to improve. Knowing the different kinds of feedback and when to use them makes me a highly effective communicator.
Being trained as a Just Culture champion, I am able to differentiate between human error, at risk behavior, and reckless behavior. Being able to approach each situation with an open mind and set procedure helps me to determine what course of action needs to happen next. This will ensure that we punish what needs punishment, train what needs training, and console what needs consolation.
My personality type makes me an organizer and wanting to keep track of supplies as they are used. I am always up for a challenge and excited to see what the future holds.
