Forecasting 10,30,60,90 day forecasts on an onging basis. Monitoring the pricing of the competitors, fully understanding the local market and demand generators
Approve negotiated rates for Transient accounts to ensure the right mix of sales is realized to maximize revenue
Responsible for all facets of Revenue Management for 201 room Airport Property.
Conduct weekly Revenue management calls and attend Ownership calls on a monthly basis
Assist DOS with RFP process and responsible for the oversight of the sales department in her absense
