Worked as part of a very small team, providing phlebotomy and EKG services to various areas of the hospital. These services were provided on a routine, emergent, and pre-op basis. Areas served included:

All inpatient areas of this 900 + bed, multiple campus hospital system.
Specialty areas including Transplant, Intensive Care Units, Post Surgical Care, Cardiac ICU, Psychiatric, and the Medical School.
Staff were expected to work independently and complete their assigned floors, while responding to emergency requests throughout their 8 hour shift.
A typical day involved performing 70 EKGs and more than 100 blood drawing procedures.
