I have great customer service skills, and I'm very good with the patients. I have extensive Medent training and I am very tech savvy. I am in charge of scheduling as well as all front office operations which include referrals (Scheduling and Creating), scanning, authorizations, taking co-pays from patients using medent and easy pay, and verifying insurances. I have floated between practices which include a pediatrics office as well as a nephrology and an ENT office. I am a fast learner and work well under pressure. I have experience with training employees, and I was previously a Certified Nurses Aide, so I do know how to properly get vitals. I also help the nurses clean the exam rooms when it's busy, and take care of the soiled equipment. I also handle triages, and process incoming and outgoing mail. I handle both the incoming and outgoing fax tank. I handle incoming and outgoing calls for multiple phone lines. I also know how to update and create patient charts. I maintain the waiting room and take care of the office fish. I am a well rounded team player who is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the office runs smoothly.
